Job Purpose

The Advisor Support Role serves as a key player in driving team initiatives, internal and external correspondence, and maintaining exceptional client relationships. The Advisor is looking for someone who is adaptable and can handle changing priorities, comfortable using a variety of technology platforms, who enjoys client service, and is highly organized.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage Advisor’s e-mail correspondence and professional calendar
  • Supervise Advisor’s social media accounts and marketing campaigns
  • Handle incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm appointments in a timely manner
  • Assist with file prep, paper filing and larger mailings
  • Proactively manage internal platforms and systems so FSR’s client information is up to date and accurate
  • Accurately complete, submit, and follow up on status of all new business applications
  • Act as direct liaison between Financial Advisor and clients
  • Provide ad hoc support on assigned projects and any escalations

Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and enhance our firm’s recruiting efforts. This individual will play a vital role in sourcing, onboarding, and managing the candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to attract and evaluate candidates for careers in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the firm’s end-to-end recruiting process by sourcing and screening candidates
  • Heavy outbound calling is required
  • In office required
  • Financial Services a plus
  • Identify potential candidates through job fairs, licensed producer lists, LinkedIn, and Open House events
  • Enter and track candidate data in the CRM system; generate and analyze recruiting reports and metrics
  • Attend weekly recruiting meetings; provide updates, insights, and recommendations
  • Organize and execute recruiting events
  • Coordinate onboarding checklists and collaborate with internal departments
  • Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle from initial contact through onboarding
  • Schedule candidate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain and update job postings across boards, social media, and career sites
  • Plan and participate in career fairs and recruitment events
  • Manage recruiting materials including brochures, licensing documentation, and marketing collateral

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment or sourcing experience (financial services preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with modern technology and software applications
  • Strong aptitude for learning and navigating technology systems
  • High energy, self-motivated, proactive with strong initiative
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A team player who thrives under pressure and maintains professionalism

Job Type

Full-time | Pay: $50,000 – $60,000 per year
