As the Brokerage Director at, I lead our efforts in supporting and developing a strong network of independent brokers. I oversee our continuing education program to ensure our advisors stay current with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Building meaningful relationships is at the core of what I do—I work closely with new brokers to help them get established, while also partnering with our current advisors to support their growth and help them meet the evolving needs of their clients.
